Селекція in vitro тритикале на стійкість до абіотичних стресових чинників (огляд)

Анотація

Значним досягненням сучасної генетики і селекції рослин є створення нової зернової культури – тритикале, сорти якого успішно впроваджуються в сільськогосподарське виробництво. Проте в різні роки виробництво зерна цього злаку є нестабільним. Основними факторами обмеження продуктивності сільськогосподарських культур та тритикале зокрема є абіотичні стресори. Тому важливе значення для селекційного поліпшення тритикале має стійкість до абіотичних стресових чинників довкілля, що дасть змогу збільшити площі під цією культурою в районах з несприятливими кліматичними умовами. Значущим у селекції тритикале є використання клітинних технологій, завдяки яким створюється генетичне розмаїття на рівні соматичних клітин, з наступним скринінгом генотипів, що мають цінні ознаки. Одним з інноваційних напрямів, що дають змогу розширити спектр вихідного матеріалу й активізувати селекційний процес, спрямований на створення високопродуктивних стійких сортів, є клітинна селекція. У представленому огляді висвітлено основні досягнення вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених щодо селекції in vitro тритикале на стійкість до абіотичних стресових чинників довкілля, зокрема водного дефіциту, засолення, забруднення іонами алюмінію. Окреслено основні напрями, методи добору та оцінювання, а також можливості, перспективи і проблеми клітинної селекції – однієї з найважливіших галузей сучасної біотехнології рослин. Аналіз літературних джерел свідчить, що незважаючи на успіхи та значні досягнення в розвитку та використанні клітинних технологій розв’язання потребують ряд методичних проблем, які знижують масштаби впровадження біотехнологічних розробок у практику. Подальший прогрес у клітинній селекції тритикале залежить не лише від розвитку клітинних технологій, але й від більш глибокого пізнання молекулярних механізмів регуляції та експресії генів стійкості. Вивчення особливостей та механізмів геномної мінливості in vitro тритикале за дії абіотичних стресорів та пошуки шляхів її регуляції дадуть змогу більш ефективно використовувати технологію клітинної селекції, сомаклональну мінливість та інші біотехнологічні підходи.
